Without glue, suitable for large formats
Floating parquet consists of a single wooden surface simply resting on the installation surface. Made with pre-finished 2 or 3 layers fitted with joints and glued together with vinyl glue, floating installation is suitable for medium-large sized parquet starting from our Super, Elegant, Big Old, Big Old XXL and Prestige lines.
A vapor barrier and a further layer which performs various functions, first of all soundproofing, are placed between the floor and the parquet. In the case of an underfloor heating or cooling system, it is advisable to choose a sheath or mattress suitable for heat transmission. This installation can also be carried out on a pre-existing floor.
The floor rests on the installation surface.
Installation without glue is simpler and significantly faster.
By not using glue, removal is easier and does not damage any underlying flooring.
