Clip Up System patent was born from the idea of proposing an innovative floating laying system to replace the squared laying with limited and predefined dimensions, always guaranteeing maximum inspection. After a year of research and development, the installation system begins its process that leads it to obtain the patent in 2018 at national and international level.
The installation revolution is inherent into the installation: Clip Up System uses polymer clips simply placed on the laying surface which, thanks to special milling, allow the installation of the boards, guaranteeing both vertical and horizontal hold to adapt to any substrate. Clip Up System is a patent in continuous implementation to ensure maximum efficiency of the installation system, the latest innovation introduced is the use of special polymer clips on the heads to increase performance even more. Clip Up System is a real Garbelotto pre-finished wooden floor, entirely produced in Italy, guaranteed and certified.
Clip Up System is a laying system suitable for any environment, because it is eco-sustainable and ecological. The installation takes place without glue or magnets in full respect of the health of those who install it and those who live in it. All Garbelotto products have formaldehyde emissions 20 times lower than the limit imposed by stringent European regulations. This makes it a completely ecological and reusable floor, thanks to the use of totally recyclable and self-extinguishing polymer clips. Like all Garbelotto products, Clip Up System is certified in Class 1 for reaction to fire and, on request, it can be made with raw materials from FSC certified forests, therefore subject to controlled reforestation.
The last frontier in terms of eco-sustainability, focuses on the Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), which evaluates the entire life cycle of the product, from procurement to production, analyzing its environmental impacts and thus contributing to the its use of contract projects in which a score is required for the LEED, WELL and BREAM classifications of new and future green buildings.
All Garbelotto production takes place in the in the province of Treviso, in an area of 35,000 square meters of which 17,000 square meters are covered, with 70 employees, are produced daily 3,500 square meters of wooden floors, with an annual production of up to 1 million square meters. In 2014, the new futuristic headquarters of the Group was inaugurated. The choice to focus on innovation, Made in Italy and biocompatibility proves to be a winner; we carefully follow the strict European CE regulations, producing certified, safe, resistant wooden floors fully customizable; over the years we have specialized in the selection of wood from controlled reforestation. Our Research and Development department continuously proposes new models, colors, finishes following and anticipating the trend of the national and international market. The seventieth anniversary is only the starting point for our Group, projected into the future.
